Claims 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, and 16 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Kuwata in view of Dance. 3. Claims 10 and 14 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Kuwata in view of Somashekar. 4. Claims 17-20, and 24 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Kuwata in view of Dance, and further in view of Somashekar.
