Appeal 2007-1309 Application 10/873,241 SUMMARY OF DECISION We AFFIRM. THE INVENTION Appellants’ claimed invention is to a self-supporting boot that fits around the profile of a rail of a streetcar track, such that the boot holds itself in position on the rail during placement of the rail, and during pouring and setting of concrete (Specification 1:[0010]). Claim 10, reproduced below, is representative of the subject matter on appeal. Claim 10.
