Claims 1, 2, 4-7, 13, and 15-17 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over the teachings of Mitchell in view of Haitsuka. Claim 3 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over the teachings of Mitchell in view of Haitsuka, and further in view of Subramonian. Claims 8-12 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over the teachings of Mitchell in view of Haitsuka, and further in view of Official Notice. Claim 14 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over the teachings of Mitchell in view of Haitsuka, and further in view of Nickerson.
