Appellant has not shown that that the Examiner erred in finding that the
combination of Yeh and Kataoka teach providing an alternate source of electric
power, including emergency power for household operation as claimed.
Appellant has not shown that that the Examiner erred in finding that the
combination of Yeh and Tsatsis teaches using a compressor system including the
saturator and combustor as claimed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this
appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a).
