             Application 10/374,837
inherently discloses: 1. a coupled cage and chassis, and 2. “at least one extension
member configured to [or is capable of] extend[ing] forward of a frontal mounting
surface of the chassis to coincide with a bezel coupled to the computer chassis
when the drive cage is installed in the computer chassis.”

                                            FINDINGS OF FACT
We find the following facts by a preponderance of the evidence:
Oros discloses a bezel-less drive cage 28 for a computer chassis (Oros, col.
             1, ll. 7-9, Figs 7-8).
Oros discloses the drive cage 28 having a plurality of spaced apart walls
which make up a U-shaped member 66 (Fig. 7) adapted to receive at least one
drive in the opposed walls of the U-shaped member 66 (Oros, col. 3, ll. 38-45).
Oros discloses a casing assembly 40 which is read as a chassis because it is
rigidly connected to the assembly 10 (Oros, col. 3, ll. 15-20).
Oros discloses the opposed, spaced apart walls of the U-shaped member 66,
which constitutes the drive cage 28 (Fig. 7), are adapted to couple with the chassis
40 through the intermediary of the flanged ends 48, 48 of the casing/chassis 40
             (Oros, col. 3, ll. 20-22).
Oros discloses a cover or bezel 22 which has an opening 26 which receives
the drive cage 28 (Oros, col. 2, ll. 57-59).
Oros discloses at least one extension member (extension members are shown
in Fig. 8 as portions of walls 66 which extend outwardly to mount member 74)
configured to extend forward of a frontal mounting surface of the chassis (forward

                                                       4
