Appeal 2007-1671 Application 10/374,837 inherently discloses: 1. a coupled cage and chassis, and 2. “at least one extension member configured to [or is capable of] extend[ing] forward of a frontal mounting surface of the chassis to coincide with a bezel coupled to the computer chassis when the drive cage is installed in the computer chassis.” FINDINGS OF FACT We find the following facts by a preponderance of the evidence: Oros discloses a bezel-less drive cage 28 for a computer chassis (Oros, col. 1, ll. 7-9, Figs 7-8). Oros discloses the drive cage 28 having a plurality of spaced apart walls which make up a U-shaped member 66 (Fig. 7) adapted to receive at least one drive in the opposed walls of the U-shaped member 66 (Oros, col. 3, ll. 38-45). Oros discloses a casing assembly 40 which is read as a chassis because it is rigidly connected to the assembly 10 (Oros, col. 3, ll. 15-20). Oros discloses the opposed, spaced apart walls of the U-shaped member 66, which constitutes the drive cage 28 (Fig. 7), are adapted to couple with the chassis 40 through the intermediary of the flanged ends 48, 48 of the casing/chassis 40 (Oros, col. 3, ll. 20-22). Oros discloses a cover or bezel 22 which has an opening 26 which receives the drive cage 28 (Oros, col. 2, ll. 57-59).
