THE REJECTION The Examiner relies upon the following as evidence of unpatentability: Ginter US 5,892,900 Apr. 6, 1999 Appellants seek our review of the Examiner’s rejection of claims 2-52 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) as anticipated by Ginter.
