Appeal 2007-1819 Application 09/886,055 Accordingly, we find that the evidence of record fails to suggest that a person of ordinary skill in the art at the time the invention was made would have been able to predictably combine Burford and Krautwurst to obtain a method for representing sensory perception of one or more odorants as set forth in Appellants’ claims. Therefore, we reverse the rejection of claims 23-33 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over the combination of Krautwurst and Burford. CONCLUSION In summary, we reverse the rejection of claims 23-33 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over the combination of Krautwurst and Burford.
