Appeal 2007-1917 Application 10/222,660 The following rejections are before us for review: 1. Claims 1, 2, 5, 11-15, and 17-20 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as anticipated by Boeniger. 2. Claims 5, 6, 8, 9, and 16 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over Boeniger and Sekiguchi. 3. Claims 3, 4, and 20 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over Boeniger and Terrels. 4. Claims 7 and 10 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over Boeniger, Sekiguchi, and Terrels. ISSUES The issues before us are whether the Appellant has shown that the Examiner erred in rejecting: • claims 1, 2, 5, 11-15, and 17-20 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as anticipated by Boeniger; • claims 5, 6, 8, 9, and 16 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over Boeniger and Sekiguchi; • claims 3, 4, and 20 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over Boeniger and Terrels; and • claims 7 and 10 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over Boeniger, Sekiguchi, and Terrels.
