§ 103(a) as being unpatentable over Sorgenti in view of Gunnerman is
AFFIRMED.
The Examiner’s rejection of claim 6 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as
being unpatentable over Sorgenti in view of Gunnerman and Meyer is
AFFIRMED.
The Examiner’s rejection of claims 11-15 under 35 U.S.C. § 112,
1st paragraph, as failing to comply with the enablement requirement is
AFFIRMED.
The Examiner’s decision is AFFIRMED.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
