Issue 2 The issue is whether Applicants have shown that the Examiner erred 3 in determining claims 1-4, 6-8, 10, 11, 13-18 and 21-23 to be unpatentable 4 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) over the prior art. 5 C. Findings of fact (“FF”) 6 The record supports the following findings of fact as well as any other 7 findings of fact set forth in this opinion by at least a preponderance of the 8 evidence. 9 1. Applicants’ claims 1-4, 6-8, 10, 11, 13-18 and 21-23 are the 10 subject of this appeal. 11 2. Independent claim 1 is as follows: 12 1.
