volume of liquid.” (Specification col. 1:9-11).
3. The Summary of the Invention section of the specification
begins with the statement: “It is an object of the present invention to
provide a new and improved pipette device for drawing and dispensing
liquid samples.” (Specification col. 2:2-4).
4. The only specific embodiments disclosed in the specification
are pipette devices.
