The Specification contains no lexicographic definitions for the term 7 “automatically” or “automatic.” 8 06. The usual and ordinary meaning of “automatic” within the context of 9 claim 1 is acting or operating in a manner essentially independent of 10 external influence or control2. 11 Bogosian 12 07. Bogosian is directed towards extracting a user's bank account 13 information for the electronic transfer of funds, for example, as an 14 alternative to requiring users to send a voided check to the entity 15 initiating the transfer. Bogosian describes various ways for facilitating 16 transfers of funds between a buyer and a seller for users to sell items to 17 other users (Bogosian, col. 2, ll. 10-21.) 18 08. Bogosian describes a way to transfer of funds between a buyer and a 19 seller in an online auction system, an online flea market system, or 20 another type of system in which user can sell items to other users. The 21 seller is prompted to enter information from the face of a bank check 22 issued from the seller's bank account.
