On this record, we affirm the Examiner’s obviousness rejection of all
of the rejected claims.
ORDER
The decision of the Examiner to reject claims 1-8, 32-41, 48, 49, and
52 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Donley in view of
Postupack is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a)(1)(iv).
