460.1079 Advanced cleaner energy systems; location.

Sec. 79.

Advanced cleaner energy systems that are the source of the advanced cleaner energy credits used under section 77 shall be either located outside this state in the service territory of any electric provider that is not an alternative electric supplier or located anywhere in this state.
