Oregon Statutes - Chapter 267 - Mass Transit Districts; Transportation Districts - Section 267.245 - District exempt from right of way fencing requirements.

The provisions of ORS 608.310 shall not apply in respect to property operated by a mass transit district as part of a mass transit system. [1977 c.420 §2]
