The Director of the Economic and Community Development Department and all unclassified personnel shall receive such salary as may be provided by law or be fixed by the Oregon Economic and Community Development Commission. In addition to salaries, the director and all unclassified personnel, subject to the limitations otherwise provided by law, shall be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of official duties.
