Oregon Statutes - Chapter 323 - Cigarettes and Tobacco Products - Section 323.250 - Exchanges of information with other governmental units.

To promote administrative efficiency, the Department of Revenue may transmit information obtained under ORS 323.005 to 323.482 to the proper officers of governmental units outside Oregon which tax tobacco products and which reciprocate in the exchange of relevant information. [1965 c.525 §63]
