Oregon Statutes - Chapter 340 - Expanded Options Program - Section 340.035 - Enrollment in eligible post-secondary courses.

An eligible post-secondary institution may enroll an eligible student participating in the Expanded Options Program only in eligible post-secondary courses under the program. [2005 c.674 §4]
