Oregon Statutes - Chapter 409 - Department of Human Services - Section 409.740 - Information provided to retired physicians and health care providers.

The Department of Human Services, in consultation with the appropriate professional and trade associations and licensing boards, shall inform retired physicians and health care providers regarding ORS 30.302 and 30.792. [2005 c.362 §1]
