Oregon Statutes - Chapter 409 - Department of Human Services - Section 409.747 - Setoff of liquidated debts.

Notwithstanding ORS 411.760 and 414.095, liquidated and delinquent debts owed to the Department of Human Services may be set off against amounts owed by the department to the debtors. [2007 c.446 §1]
