Oregon Statutes - Chapter 554 - Corporations for Irrigation, Drainage, Water Supply or Flood Control - Section 554.017 - Appeal from Secretary of State’s refusal to file document.

If the Secretary of State refuses to file a document delivered to the Office of the Secretary of State for filing, the corporation, in addition to any other legal remedy that may be available, shall have the right to appeal from such order pursuant to the provisions of ORS 183.480. [1987 c.94 §142]
