Oregon Statutes - Chapter 694 - Hearing Aid Specialists - Section 694.055 - Application for license; qualifications; fee.

An applicant for licensure under this chapter shall pay a fee established by the Oregon Health Licensing Agency under ORS 694.185 and shall show to the satisfaction of the agency that the applicant:

(1) Is a person 18 years of age or older.

(2) Has graduated from high school or has been awarded a General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
