Appeal No. 95-3598 Application 08/125,671 DECISION ON APPEAL This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claims 1, 4 and 7 through 25, all of the claims remaining in this application. Claims 2, 3, 5 and 6 have been canceled. The subject matter on appeal is directed to a laparoscopic surgical apparatus and a laparoscopic surgical method. Claims 1 and 18 are illustrative of the subject matter on appeal and a copy of those claims, as reproduced from the Appendix to appellants' brief, is attached to this decision.
