Appeal No. 97-0707 Application No. 08/001,474 This is an appeal from the final rejection of claims 1 through 6 and 8 through 23. In an Amendment After Final (paper 2 number 7), claims 1, 5, 8, 9, 13, 15, 17, 20, 21 and 23 were amended, and claims 2 through 4, 14, 18, 19 and 22 were canceled. Accordingly, claims 1, 5, 6, 8 through 13, 15 through 17, 20, 21 and 23 remain before us on appeal. The disclosed invention relates to a method and device for storing and recalling address associative information in an address space. Claims 1 and 17 are illustrative of the claimed invention, and they read as follows: 1.
