CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject
claims 33 and 35 through 40 under 35 U.S.C. § 112, second

claims 23 through 25 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is affirmed; and
the decision of the examiner to reject claims 33 and 35
through 40 under
35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed.
