Claims 1-4, 6, 10 and 13-17 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over either of Shirota or Masuoka and Sumihiro taken together. Claims 18-20 and 22 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over Masuoka in view of Sumihiro and Adler. Claims 4, 5, 7-12, 17-19, 21, 23 and 25-34 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over Adler in view of Sumihiro and Shirota. Claims 1-34 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(a) as anticipated by, or in the alternative, under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as obvious over Momodomi ‘900.
