Appeal No. 1995-4903 Application No. 07/926,016 This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner’s refusal to allow claims 1 through 16 which are all of the claims in the application. THE INVENTION Appellants’ invention is directed to an oral care composition containing effective amounts of azacycloalkane-2,- diphosphonate which is an anticalculus agent and an effective amount of a bis(halo phenyl) antimicrobial agent. The composition also contains a toxicologically acceptable oral carrier. THE CLAIMS Claims 1 and 15 are illustrative of appellants’ invention and are reproduced below. 1.
