double patenting as being unpatentable over claims 1 through
16 of U.S. Patent No. 5,158,763.
Claims 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13 and 16 stand rejected
under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over Haefele (I-II-III)
combined with Ploger (I-II). 2

mailed May 25, 1994 fails to state the statutory grounds of the rejection.
