                    Appellants argue on pages 4 and 5 of the brief that               
          Levi, Kuo and Chiu, together or individually, fail to teach or              
          suggest the claimed bipolar transistor in which a plurality of              
          delta-doped layers extend from a base region of the transistor              
          into the emitter and collector regions to realize enhanced
