Since we are of the view that the prior art applied by the Examiner does not support the rejection, we do not sustain the rejection of independent claims 6, 8, and 9. With respect to dependent claim 5, the Examiner adds Chruma to the combination of Kokai 60-239376 and Kokai 56- 36171 solely to meet the “silicon nitride” insulating layer limitation.
