          In conclusion;                                                              
               The rejection of claim 5 under the enablement requirement

               The rejections of claims 2-4, 6-15, 23, 25-26 under 35                 
          U.S.C. ' 103 are reversed; and,                                             
               The appeal with respect to claims 24 and 27 is dismissed.
