Appeal No. 1999-2243 Application 08/567,081 one of permitting the use of advertisements along with the casino name and logo disclosed by Pike. We consider that such an arrangement would have been readily suggested to one of ordinary skill by Evans' disclosure of the use of change- able advertising placards 38 on a cart. Rejection (2) will therefore be sustained as to claim 13. Claim 14 reads: 14. The apparatus of claim 12 wherein said means includes a plurality of components attached to said cart, said components comprising means for suggesting to an observer an object other than a change cart. With regard to the claimed "plurality of components," the examiner finds that these are disclosed by Pike because (an- swer, page 5): Every component on Pike et al. is capable of being means of suggesting something that the object is something other than a change cart. For example, the two doors on top of the cart might suggest to an observer that the object is an ice cream cart as opposed to a change cart.
