Both Saito (JP4-6841) and Tsukagoshi do not make up for such deficiencies. With respect to claim 27, which depends from claim 9, it follows that the examiner has failed to establish a prima facie case of obviousness. Accordingly, we do not sustain the obviousness rejection of claim 27 based on the combination of Fujimoto and Tsukagoshi, or in the alternative based on the combination of Fujimoto, Saito (JP4-6841) and Tsukagoshi.
