Grouping of the Claims The appellant states that claims 35-74, 76-85, 87, 88, 90-107, 109, 110, and 112-144 should be considered as standing or falling together in the following groups for the appeal: • claims 35-74 and 76 • claims 77-85, 87, 88, 90-107, 109, 110, and 112-120 • claims 121-144. (Appeal Br. at 5.) Therefore, the claims stand or fall together in these groups. Next, we address the specifying of a reissue error.
