DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the final rejection of claims 1-19,
all of the claims pending in the application. The claims on appeal are directed to a method for
producing a silicon doping test structure. Claims 1, 8 and 17 are representative and read as follows:
1. In a method for fabricating a silicon doping test structure having at least one contact therein, the
improvement comprising:
providing a patterned overlayer of laser light reflective material having holes in alignment with
said at least one contact and with regions of the silicon to be doped.
