DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on the appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134
from the rejection of claims 5-7, 20-26, and 28-39. We
reverse.
BACKGROUND
The invention at issue in this appeal is a sense
amplifier for use in an integrated circuit (IC) memory. An IC
memory includes many memory cells, which are arranged in rows
