Appeal No. 1999-2063 Application No. 08/744,432 currently pending. We reverse and enter a new ground of rejection pursuant to 37 CFR § 1.196(b). Appellants' invention pertains to “a multipurpose label or business form, and more particularly to a tuck label adapted to be adhered to a substrate such as an envelope or package” (specification, page 1, lines 5-8). Newly presented independent claim 21 is representative of the appealed subject matter and reads as follows:1 21.
