As evidence of obviousness, the Examiner offers Akahori ‘066, Sandhu, Yokoyama, Akahori ‘404, and Nicolet with respect to claims 1-4, 6, 8-13, and 16, and adds Shankar and Dixit to the basic combination with respect to claims 5, 14, and 15. Claims 1-6 also stand finally rejected under the second paragraph of 35 U.S.C. § 112 as being indefinite for failure to particularly point out and distinctly claim the invention.
