DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal from the examiner’s final rejection of
claims 1-7, 11 and 13-18, which are all of the claims
remaining in the application.
THE INVENTION
Appellants claim a method for fabricating integrated
circuits using doping with indium. Claims 1 and 11 are
