               The Examiner relies on Appellants' admitted prior art

               Claims 1-16 and 20 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C.                       
          § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Foster, Penneck, and the                 
          APA.                                                                         
               Claim 19 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as                    
          being unpatentable over Foster, Penneck, and the APA, as                     
          applied to claim 10, further in view of Mitsui.
