               In summary, based on the foregoing, we reverse the Examiner's          
          rejection of claims 1-3, 5-7, 9, 13 and 14 under                            
          35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as anticipated by Vettel; we also reverse the            
          Examiner's rejection of claims 4, 8, and 10-12 under 35 U.S.C.              
          § 103(a) as being obvious over Vettel.
