35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Hill in view of
Yumoto.
Claim 14 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being
unpatentable over Hill in view of McDonald, or Hale in view of
McDonald, or Arcella in view of McDonald.
