                 For the above reasons we conclude that the examiner has                            
           established a prima facie case of obviousness which has not been                         
           effectively rebutted by the appellants.  Accordingly, we affirm                          
           the examiner’s rejection.                                                                
                                             DECISION                                               
                 The rejection of claims 8-13 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over                            
           Nakamura in view of Pike is affirmed.                                                    
                                             AFFIRMED
