DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection of
claims 1-20.
The invention pertains to caches in a data processing
system. More particularly, the invention allows multiple caches,
i.e., horizontally-oriented caches supporting different
processing units, to share a memory value which is not consistent
