          Appeal No. 2002-0638
          Application 08/932,239

The following references are relied on by the examiner:
Matthies et al. (Matthies), "Managing multiple windows," MacUser,
          Vol. 6, No. 6, pp. 273 (6)(June 1990)(Full Text).
"Macintosh Human Interface Guidelines," Apple Computer, Inc.,
          Chapter 5, Addison-Wesley Pub. Co., pp. 158-159 (1992)(Full
          Text).
Wagstaff, "Sculpt 3D upgrade adds features, but still not
          Mac-like," MacWeek, Vol. 10, No. 5, pp. 31(2)(Feb. 5, 1996)
          (Full Text)
               Claims 25 and 31-33 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103.
As evidence of obviousness, the examiner relies upon Wagstaff in
view of Matthies as to independent claims 25 and 31, with the
addition of Macintosh as to claims 32 and 33.1
Rather than repeat the positions of the appellant and the
examiner, reference is made to the brief and answer for the
          respective details thereof.
                                       OPINION
For the reasons set forth by the examiner in the answer,
including the examiner's detailed responsive arguments, we
sustain the rejection of all claims on appeal under 35 U.S.C.
