On January 19, 1993, Chen re-filed a continuation of said application as Serial Number 08/006,423. The involved Chen patent in this interference was filed as a continuation-in-part of said continuation application on March 11, 1993, as Serial Number 08/029,819. After Chen's first filed application was filed but before Chen's continuation application was filed, Bouchard filed their French application on December 9, 1992. Bouchard has been accorded benefit of the filing date for their French application in this proceeding. CHEN APPLICATION SERIAL NUMBER 07/907,261 The first filed Chen et al. application for which Chen et al. seek benefit for the subject matter of the count was filed on July 1, 1992 and is entitled "FLUORO TAXOLS."
