Thus, we find the examiner's assertion (answer, page 4) that Liebesny discloses cameras for receiving vehicle image information to be misplaced because although cameras 17 receive vehicle image data, the vehicle image data is received by the service provider, and is not received by the vehicle information receiving means of a vehicle information display apparatus, as required by claim 1. However, we find from the disclosure of Liebesny (col. 9, lines 15-34) that when video receivers are to be used by a customer (as in figure 4), information is periodically updated by the central station through radio transmission equipment 31 to the customer's proprietary receiver, with the customer interacting with the customer's own locally stored information rather than directly with the information remotely stored at the Central Station. The information is locally stored at the receivers by radio transmission before the customer requests it, and is locally communicated to the customer user for presentation on the proprietary equipment, when requested.
