The single set of updated data transmitted for local storage, moreover, is used both for the audio and graphic interpretations of the information.” Liebesny further discloses (col. 9, lines 47-49) that “[a] keyboard selection KA and Kv, FIG. 6, will still cause previously recorded information to be played back (either audibly or visually).” From the disclosure of Liebesny that the digitally transmitted information is broken down as to graphics, and that previously stored information will be played back visually, we find that receivers V of Liebesny receive image data, and play back the received image data on video receiver V. Moreover, from the disclosure that the received information is reconstructed by the receiver (col. 9, lines 39-41) we find that to be reconstructed as video data, that the data sent to the receiver was originally video data before it was encoded and transmitted for reconstruction as image signals. From all of the above, we find that Liebesny discloses "when the vehicle information receiving means receives a vehicle information based on image data, the vehicle information based on image data is displayed,” as recited in claim 1.
