          anticipates claim 3.  Accordingly, the 102(b) rejection of claims                
          3-14, 17-27 and 38-49 is sustained.                                              
                                        CONCLUSION                                         
                To summarize, the decision of the Examiner to reject claims                
          1-28 and 38-49 under 35 U.S.C. § 102 is affirmed.                                
                No time period for taking any subsequent action in                         
          connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR                         
          § 1.136 (a).
