DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection of claims 8-17. Claims 1-7
have been cancelled and form no part of this appeal.
The invention is directed to a partitioned circuit assembly. In particular, a circuit
assembly is disclosed for use as an automotive engine controller and is said to provide
an electronic assembly with partitioned circuits for increased design flexibility.
